Scene 1:
I spent the weekend doing my hair. Regine’s all hennaed up and curly getting ready for fall🍁💅😉

Compliments and curls bouncing all over 😁

Scene 2:
I’m doing my morning walkthroughs when I hear a familiar voice say “Ms. Jones- your hair looks like black noodles. Can I touch it???”

(Y’all this is the track star 🏃‍♀️ from last year’s season of elementary school shenanigans. I need to name her—- Flo Joe.)

Me: (fake 😃)Thank you for asking before touching me, but no you can’t touch my hair.

Flo Joe: Why??? 😔

Me: Because you don’t wash your hands 🧼 like you should. (🗣️Yes I said it!!!)

Scene 3:
Flo Joe: ☹️

Some of her classmates heard me, started reaching out their little petri-dish-hands 🦠and replied… ”l washed my hands Ms. Jones!!!!”

Me: 🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️ Now I’m the one running 🏃🏾‍♀️ 🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
